We invite Member Plus artists to submit work for this group exhibition:

HARVEST : 1 MAY - 15 JUNE 2025

SUBMISSIONS DUE: 1 APRIL

Celebrate the bounty of nature and the vibrant spirit of the harvest season!  We invite Member Plus artists of all mediums to submit works that explore the themes of abundance, renewal, and connection to the earth. Whether inspired by the colours of autumn, the rhythms of rural life, or the beauty of the changing seasons, we welcome your creativity.

Exhibition Details:

  • Theme: Harvest – the season of abundance

  • Exhibition Dates:  1 May - 15 June

  • Submissions Due: 1 April, 2025

  • Artists notified:  5 April 2025

  • Exhibition Opening: 1 May 2025 6pm

  • To submit your work, please download the attached form and email to info@yava.org.au.

  • Images need to be sent via wetransfer (free file sharing program) to info@yava.org.au

  • Don’t miss your chance to be part of this colourful celebration of nature’s gifts. We look forward to seeing how you bring the harvest to life through your art!

Submissions due by 5pm 1 April 2025 - to info@yava.org.au

Early image submissions will be considered for promotion of the exhibition.

Your submission indicates that you have read and will adhere to the 2025 Artist Agreement.

Artworks will be considered for the exhibition by the Curatorial Panel and you will be notified by 5 April. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

Deliver work: Sun 27 April 3-5pm OR Monday 10 March 28 April 9-10am (or by special agreement with staff)
Collection of unsold work: Sunday 27 April 3-5pm OR Monday 28 April 9-10am

IMAGES:

Include good quality, labelled, images of your works submitted. 3D works should have images from several angles.
Your application will not be complete until we receive your images.

Images should be high res publication quality (minimum 2-3MB) - one image for each artwork.
Image should be labelled: Artist Name_Image Title.jpg
