ABOUT RYAN:

Based on the Birrarung River in Wurundjeri land (Warburton), Ryan's multidiciplinary art practice aims to honor country, and bring awareness to ecological systems through painting, photography and sculpture.

His Studio on the banks of the Birrarung River is curated to help people journey with reverence in the natural world. One space showcases the paintings and photographs honoring the forests and rivers of the area.

The wood workshop space holds fascinating timber objects, sculptures completed and in progress among the ancient machinery from the long legacy the space has had making furniture.

Ryan participated in Yarra Valley Open Studios in 2022 & 2023.
