Central to life on earth, water is intimately entwined with our human existence. Revered by all cultures and the source of myths and legends, water plays a spiritual role in our lives, worshipped by many, respected for its power and impact.

Encompassing the multitude of ways in which water influences our lives, Water Stories is a narrative of the importance this vital resource plays in our collective consciousness. Water as a sustaining and life giving resource, as a cooling and healing presence, as a powerful and dangerous element, defining our memories, emotions and decisions.

These four artists, through their diverse individual styles and chosen mediums, tell their “Water Stories”.

This exhibition is hosted by Wine Yarra Valley so you can expect an interesting selection of wines at the opening.
